Tciao! I'm Marti Jo Pennisi, a Southern California native through and through! I was born in a southland suburb, raised and schooled in San Diego, lived and worked on the Central Coast, moved to Los Angeles in 1997 and then landed in Glendale with my partner Arturo in 2013. Together, we dwell in a charming, 100 year old, fairy tale pink, Spanish style building. We cohabit with our feisty feline Kamala and we fondly refer to our home as The Art-Mart (for our combined shortened first names).

I have been a professional stage actress/dancer/singer, a bartender at a popular Teutonic tavern, a yoga instructor of 14 years throughout the Los Angeles basin, and an Inclusion Assistant in a charter high school helping kids with disabilities. BUT, home is where my heart is and it is what inspires me the most. I have taken what comes naturally to me, which is to create a harmonious home, and I have translated that skill into helping others attain the same. Transformation motivates me and it delights me when my clients get the results they are after.

As a Cancerian, I resonate with all things pertaining to the sanctuary of home; I enjoy decorating with treasured antiques, family heirlooms and meaningful items. I escape into gardening where I can be found tending to my magical Queen of the Night plant (flower pictured in the 'Contact' section), and the kitchen is my happy place as I am a true gastronome and adventurous with all types of world cuisines.

Above all, this lunar lass is mesmerized with nature and loves communing with the moon in the night sky.
